Nancy is a dynamic motivating international speaker and can be found at many high profile CE events. She is also a dental educator, past CE chairperson, a transition leader, a clinical supervisor, post research team member on implants, a periodontal RDH and founder/owner of the CE company Hygiene Excellence Inc.. The CE company encompasses didactic elements, skill development programs and the means for superior clinical/practice performance.
Nancy graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Diploma in Dental Hygiene in 1983 and from the University of Winnipeg with a Bachelor of Arts in 1986. Nancy established her continuing education company in 2010 and received PACE status in the province of Alberta. Hu Friedy has bestowed Nancy the title of ‘Thought Leader’ due to her continual strive for dental excellence and commitment to the fields of dentistry/dental hygiene.

Kate graduated in 2005 from Cambrian College with a Diploma of Dental Hygiene. For the last 8 years, Kate has worked full time as a registered dental hygienist and has pursued post graduate education in the field of Periodontics. Kate completed the 52 hour PTM™ [Periodontal Therapist Module] in 2010 and has since developed a ‘periodontal department’ within her GP private practice setting. The GP dental office has noticed a substantial difference between their previous ‘hygiene’ department and their new ‘periodontal’ department, thanks to Kate. Kate's strive towards ‘excellence’ is noticed by all that meet her – dental professionals and patients!
Genevieve (Genny) graduated in 1990 from the University of Manitoba School of Dental Hygiene with Gold Medal Standing. For the last 20 years, Genny has practiced full time and/or part time as a clinical hygienist as well as an educator. Genny has a diverse background in the field of dentistry/dental hygiene and has worked in the following settings: general dentistry, periodontal offices, hospital setting and community public dental clinics. Genny has applied the ‘Hygiene Excellence‘ model to her personal skills for 15 years.
